Sharing

Where your enquiry is best handled by a BellMe agent in your region, we pass your details to that agent so they can contact you.

Retention

We keep enquiry records so that we can support you afterwards — for warranty claims, spare parts and system expansion.

Website measurement

We measure how the website is used — such as which pages are visited and which enquiry buttons are clicked — so we can improve it. This measurement does not identify you personally.
