BellMe B-99G display panel showing the time and date on its red LED readout

On standby the panel shows the date and time. First character of a call: 0–9 or A, b, C, d, E, F. Calls stay on screen until cancelled or auto-cancelled.

A call for help should never become a guessing game

When staff cannot immediately see where a call originated, valuable time can be lost identifying the person or location that needs help.

When several calls arrive together, a single alert can also disappear behind the next one unless outstanding calls remain clearly visible.

One central panel for clear, persistent call alerts

Program up to 256 BellMe Call Buttons with recognisable three-character locations. When a button is pressed, the B-99G replaces its standby date and time with that calling information and keeps it visible until the call is cancelled or automatically cleared.

Clearer calls. Faster awareness. Fewer missed requests.

Know where help is needed

Each programmed Call Button shows its assigned three-character location, helping staff identify the calling point at a glance.

Make alerts hard to miss

Choose from seven ringtones, adjust the volume, or use spoken number announcements to suit the environment.

Keep outstanding calls visible

Rolling display mode cycles through active calls and can show how many calls are still waiting for assistance.

Control when calls are cleared

Keep calling information on screen until staff press a Cancel Button, or set an automatic cancellation time.

A simple response flow

A Call Button is pressed

The programmed button sends its unique call to the B-99G wirelessly.

The panel alerts your team

The location appears on the display while the selected ringtone or spoken announcement plays.

The call is cleared

Press the matching Cancel Button after assisting, or let the configured Auto-Cancel setting clear it.

Designed for an everyday working environment

This B-99G is installed at a client site. Mounted where staff can see and hear it, the panel shows the date and time between calls and switches to the calling information when assistance is requested.

Features and capabilities

Call button capacity

Up to 256 Call Buttons can be programmed to a single B-99G Display Panel.

3-digit display

The display supports three characters. The first character can be a number from 0–9, or one of the letters A, b, C, d, E, F.

Display time

When a Call Button is pressed, the calling information remains on the display until the call is cancelled with a Cancel Button — or automatically, if Auto-Cancel has been enabled.

Auto-Cancel

The B-99G can automatically cancel calls after a selected period. Cancel Buttons are optional if automatic cancellation is preferred.

Rolling display & queuing

When multiple calls are active at the same time, the display rotates between the outstanding calls, on an interval you set from 5 to 99 seconds. When the current call is cancelled, the next outstanding call is displayed — and the display can indicate how many calls are waiting for assistance.

Alert tones

7 different ringtone options with adjustable volume, plus optional spoken number announcements. The spoken announcement calls out the number, but does not say “next customer”.

Power supply & mounting

Each B-99G ships ready to install with the essentials included in the box.

  • DC12V power supply
  • 1-metre power cable
  • Mounting bracket

The first character of the readout accepts a number from 0–9, or one of the following letters:
