BellMe W900 desktop software displays active calls and keeps records and statistics, including response times. Standard BellMe calling systems can operate without it.
Available versions
Two versions of the W900 desktop software are available to download: 2.7.3 and 2.6.3. Each download is a ZIP file containing the Windows installer for that version.

The earlier build, for systems already running it and for panels that were set up with it.
ZIP file, approximately 85 MB. Unzip the file, then run the installer inside it.
If your display panel and smart gateway need a different build, or you are not sure which version to install, use the latest version first.
Install requirements
- A PC or laptop that can run Windows 10 or 11.
- A B-811 smart gateway.
- A router with an internet connection.
- LAN cable connections between the computer, gateway, router and display panel if used.
